Names Around Town was featured on KWQC-TV6 NBC's "Made in the QCA" with Gary Metivier on 1 December 2005 and on 7 September 2006 during the 10:00 pm newscast.

We were also guests on KWQC-TV6 NBC's "Paula Sand's Live" on 2 December 2005 at 4:30 pm. 
 

Bettendorf Public Library Exhibit

Our Names Around Town photographs and accordion albums were on exhibit during December and January at the  Bettendorf Public Library. 

Stacy Julian

In March, founding editor of Simple Scrapbooks Magazine writes in her All Together Too Happy! blog, "I about flipped".  Pam presented a unique Names Around Town "J-U-L-I-A-N" accordion album to Stacy when she visited Reminisce in Iowa City.  She goes on to say, "I LOVE IT. Makes Me So Happy."

St. Ambrose Founder's Festival

St. Ambrose University celebrated its 125th birthday this year and we were proud to be there to help celebrate this special event on Labor Day.  The St. Ambrose accordion album was created from letters found on campus and was the talk of the event.  We had a lot of fun and we really enjoyed talking to all the people we met.  Thanks for the invitation, everyone was so wonderful.

Putnam Museum

The Putnam Museum, Davenport, Iowa, held it's first annual Bird Photo Contest.  We submitted "Lorikeets" and we were honored with a 3rd place finish.
