Payment. When we receive your request, we will respond via email with an electronic invoice, indicating the final price, including any applicable sales tax and shipping cost. We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards using PayPal for payment.

Shipping. We will ship your Names Around Town purchase via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx.

Each creation is handmade to order and can take from two to three weeks to produce. However, we are eager to accommodate your deadline and we can process your rush order. Rush items can be shipped in 5-10 business days and will incur a 15% charge.

We make each order just for you, so please consider your choice carefully. Albums and personalized gifts are not returnable. If you need more information before ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.
